General Rates

$110 initial table fee
$100 for an additional table. Additional tables requests require vendor room manager approval.

Special hotel room rates of $125 for a King or Double Queen room.

Every table purchase includes:
One 6’ table with two badges, two chairs, a tablecloth, and a skirt
Your logo and link to your site on our vendor page
Free high-speed WiFi at the hotel
Free power
24-hour business center
Shipping accepted to the hotel prior to convention

Vendor Room Managers will be available in the vendor room during the event for any questions you have.

Shipping Products and Materials

Shipments can be made to the hotel prior to the event.
Packages and shipments will be accepted two (2) days prior to the function date.
No COD Packages will be accepted.
The hotel policy on safe package handling is based on advice from the United States Postal Service (USPS) and the federal Centers for Disease Control (CDC).
