• Swap & Sell will take place Sunday, February 23, 2025

Seller Setup: 2:30-3:00pm

Swap & Sell: 3:00-4:30pm

• Room closes at 5:00pm

GETTING A SPACE

• Pre-register using the form below to guarantee a place.

• Vendors can’t register for Swap & Sell places.

SELLER RULES

• Your convention badge is required to enter the Swap & Sell room.

No recast or bootleg merchandise allowed.

• Each participant will have half of a 6 foot table – 3 linear feet. Do not bring more items than you can fit on your half of the table. You can NOT put items on the floor or chairs as this violates our ADA and safety policies.

• Items used to transport your items must fit behind your chair to prevent a trip hazard.

• All items for sale or swap must be in good, clean condition.

• Swap and Sell items are limited to dolls, figures, plushies, and related items (clothes, wigs, etc.) Items intended for human use are not allowed.

• Bulk items produced for commercial sale are not allowed.

• You can’t advertise, display or sell your items in the DCD rooms or the hotel’s public spaces at any time outside of the Swap & Sell time. You may not advertise, post prices, offer holds or take pre-orders on any of DCD’s social media.

• You do NOT need a Texas Sales Tax ID and may take payment. This only covers personal use items.

SHOPPER RULES

• Shoppers with swap items are limited to what they can carry a medium-sized tote bag or backpack.

• Shoppers may not have rolling luggage, duffel bags, strollers, carts, etc.
