Refunds will be accepted through JANUARY 1, 2025 minus a $5 processing fee
No refunds will be accepted after JANUARY 1, 2024. If you miss the workshop you may pick up your materials by 3pm on Sunday February 18, 2024.
If you are unable to attend and miss the refund period you can transfer your registration to another DollCon Dallas badge holder.
If our minimum attendance numbers are not met, we reserve the right to cancel this event. If DollCon Dallas cancels an event your entire registration fee will be returned.
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless individually and separately DollCon Dallas, Ros Bellenger, HEI Hotels and Resorts, The Westin Dallas Park Central and their individual employees, guests and volunteers for events including but not limited to losses, damages, illness and injury. This includes any damage to or loss of my property during DollCon Dallas events. I am responsible for the safety and protection of my property at all times.
