Please remember that you host and/or attend a private party, sale or other social event at your own risk. The Westin Dallas Park Central and DollCon Dallas are in no way connected with personal events and assume no responsibility or liability of any kind. You may not make sales in the hotel lobby.

If you plan to have a room sale you can start a thread under the “Room Parties” heading in the online forum showing items you will be bringing, but you may not advertise, post prices, offer items for sale, take pre-orders or add links to online sales or pre-orders. This rule applies to the DollCon Dallas website, our Facebook page and Community, our Discord server, and all other DCD platforms. Violating this rule will result in your room party being removed from our list. Repeat offenders will be removed from our online communities.

Social Event Registration

Events must be registered by 2/12/25. If you're hosting a room party or other event, please text your hotel room number or other location to ‪(469) 630-2205‬ by 3pm on Saturday, February 22, 2025
